These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BangHerPuss.com (the “Site”). Please read them carefully. By entering, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must leave the Site immediately.

All videos are streamed from external platforms such as Xvideos.com and remain subject to those platforms’ terms and content policies. We make no ownership claim to embedded material.

3. User Conduct and Comment Rules

The Site’s branding, code, layouts, and aggregated data selection are owned by BangHerPuss.com. Embedded third-party videos are displayed under the embed policies of their respective hosts. User-generated comments and community posts remain the property of the posting user, but you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display them on the Site.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are a secondary distributor of links and embeds only; we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BangHerPuss.com, its operators, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content displayed through it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, consistent with our hosting jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
